Royal Afternoon Tea served in the Library at Goldsborough Hall
Not only is it the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee this year, but at Goldsborough Hall we are also celebrating the 90th anniversary of Princess Mary’s marriage to Viscount Lascelles, heir to the 5th Earl of Harewood. And to celebrate both these events we are launching our Royal Afternoon Tea on Mother’s Day.
Goldsborough Hall’s Royal Afternoon Tea will consist of the chef’s selection of finger sandwiches and freshly baked scones – and some very delicate Royal cakes including Victoria Sponge, Battenberg and Queen Mother’s Cake.

Head chef David Stewart-Pybus will be adding his own modern-day twist to these traditional cakes. And just for Mother’s Day chef will also be making Wilfra Cake – a firm favourite at Goldsborough Hall.
The Royal Afternoon Tea costs £25 per adult and £12.50 per child U12. Why not make it an extra special occasion by adding a glass or two of champagne? Included in the price is access to the Hall’s grounds and a garden guide detailing what can be seen in the gardens.

Mother’s Day Royal Afternoon Tea must be pre-booked between 12pm and 5pm. Priced at £25 per adult and £12.50 per child under 12.
