We work alongside local caterers who have a vast experience in running functions
and, if required, can create bespoke menus specific to your needs.
For your wedding, the caterers do much more than just cook your food. Included within the price are essential elements that help to make the day run smoothly, including chefs, serving staff, cutlery, crockery, table glassware and table linen.
Once you have discussed your options and chosen your menu, the caterers can arrange for a tasting to make sure
you are completely happy with your choice. Below are some sample menus that can give you some ideas.

Chicken liver pâté with caramelised red onion chutney & Melba toast
Oven roasted red pepper & tomato soup with a sun-dried tomato foccacia wedge (V)
Trio of melon with passion fruit sorbet & red berry compote (V)
Thai fishcakes with a sweet chilli drizzle
Tomato & buffalo mozzarella puff pastry tartlet on a rocket salad (V)
French onion soup with a cheese crouton (V)
Main Courses
Traditional roast beef or lamb with Yorkshire puddings & gravy
Medallions of pork with a creamed cider & wholegrain mustard sauce
Thyme roasted chicken breast with a smooth tomato coulis
Butter roasted supreme of chicken with a creamed Chardonnay & mushroom sauce
Cajun salmon fillet with a citrus aioli
Mushroom stroganoff with oven roasted garlic & rosemary potatoes (V)
Open puff pastry tartlet with Mediterranean vegetables & brie with a pesto drizzle (V)
All main courses are accompanied by seasonal vegetables & baby new potatoes
