Seared fillet of red mullet on saffron potatoes with a hot smoked paprika aioli

Grilled goat’s cheese on sweet red peppers & charred asparagus spears, with a sun blushed tomato dressing (V)

Pork Wellington: tenderloin wrapped in a pastry blanket served with buttered summer greens

Fillet steak topped with wild mushrooms & roasted shallots on a potato rosti, pearled vegetables & a rich red wine jus

Pork Fillet Wellington

Tenderloin of pork wrapped in a pastry blanket served with buttered summer greens, celeriac & potato mash and a wild mushroom & sage sauce

Roast Lamb

Rosemary infused rack of lamb on a Dauphinoise potato gratin with a redcurrant & red wine jus, with a nest of vegetable ribbons

Guinea Fowl

Supreme of guinea fowl wrapped in cured slices of pork belly, on braised cannelloni beans, with a lemon thyme foccacia & baby leaf salad

Sea Bass

Pan fried fillet of sea bass on a lemon scented potato rosti with a hot pea salad & a sauce vierge

Butternut Tortellini

Butternut squash & pine nut tortellini, with a cream sauce and a Pecorino & herb salad (V)
