Festive Fine Dining and Wine Evening

Celebrate the festive season with an evening of fine dining and carefully paired wines in the elegant surroundings of Goldsborough Hall.

Begin with delicate canapés, including smoked salmon blini with crème fraîche and caviar, before enjoying a seasonal menu featuring smoked cod’s roe, beetroot with goat’s cheese, and turkey with cranberry, dauphinoise, kale and Madeira. A prune and Armagnac soufflé brings the evening to an indulgent finish.

Throughout the evening, our Wine Host will introduce the wines carefully selected to accompany each course, sharing their character, provenance and the reasons behind each pairing.

An occasion to gather with friends, savour festive flavours and discover thoughtfully chosen food and wine pairings, all within the atmosphere of the Hall at Christmas.
